How not to get into the arms of the post holiday syndrome

      With the advent of such a term as a post holiday syndrome, more and more people discover it for yourself. So, what is it - the illness or ordinary blues?


   Just yesterday you quietly sunbathing under a gentle Mediterranean sun, and now you have  to begin to address the complex issues? How to beat a syndrome and not to meet with a post holiday depression?


   According to statistics - 40 percent of all people suffer from this syndrome. Doctors and psychologists recommend - the transition from rest to hard labor should be gradual, not strained.

   Here are some simple tips on how to avoid this unpleasant condition.


1) Back from vacation should be about 2-3 days before it is completed. Even on vacation try to always go to bed and get up at the same time, if it does not work, go back to normal at least 3-4 days before the end of the holiday.

2) After entering the workplace, at least ten days try to sleep well. Three days - a minimum to no stress for the body to return to the usual business channels.

3) On the first day, try to find out what your colleagues over what projects to work and engage in small things. The second day you can devote to planning their actions for the near future. But the third day you can begin to deal with complex tasks.

4) In the first working days do not blame themselves for poor performance - so you can only enhance the stress of the body. At lunchtime, try at least briefly leave the room and go outside, and at night do not stay in office.

   Due to the above helpful tips you can avoid the post holiday depression, and most quickly restore lost performance.
