Parkinson's disease is not terrible coffee-fans?

After the tests, scientists from the University of Porto revealed that at least one cannikin coffee every day helps reduce the risk of Parkinson's disease.

New data obtained in the course of studies show that constant consumption of coffee in the diet reduces the risk of developing the disease by 25 percent. It is noteworthy that for women the figure is lower than for men: in the most successful cases, the risk of developing the disease among women declined by only 14 per cent, with a similar figure was observed in a small number of subjects.

In processing the results of the study it was found that the protective effect is maintained only under conditions of constant consumption of coffee - the most excellent results have shown people who during the day drink at least two to three cups of coffee, observing the daily intake of drink.

Coffee has long been famous for its healing properties. So, recently, published the results of another study which claimed that men who start each day with a cup of coffee are at risk of developing cancer by almost 60% less. These results were obtained by American scientists because of long-term health monitoring and fifty thousand men, who for several years drank every day for at least two cups of coffee.

Similar effects have been attributed to the fact that coffee affects many systems in our body. Drink actively interacts with glucose, insulin, affects the metabolism, and even on hormones! In general, coffee is associated with all substances which have a connection with the development of cancerous tumors.
