What is Yoga? Hatha yoga includes meditation and exercises to help you improve flexibility and breathing, reduce stress and maintain health. People have practiced yoga for thousands of years in India. Yoga is based on the idea that body and soul - one.Practitioners believe that yoga improves health by changing your view of the world, calms the spirit and relieves stress.

Is yoga safe?

   Experts believe that yoga is safe.   Always tell your doctor if you are using an alternative therapy or if you are thinking about combining an alternative therapy with your conventional treatment, may not be safe to refrain from your usual treatment and rely only on an alternative therapy.

   As with any physical activity, yoga can lead to muscle fatigue or strain. A brief warm-up before the session of yoga can help prevent injuries.
