Humor - it's amazing healing skill and physical and emotional stress. Many religions believe that laughter - is an expression of enhanced spirituality. Doctors also call him free drugs. Despite the advantages, humor can be difficult to achieve because it is unique, and is associated with aging, sex, time period and culture.
Quite often people object to those who often laughs, comparing them to the village idiot! However, instead of criticizing or sit solemnly with folded hands, in the presence of such people, we could release our inner child and look for opportunities to laugh, finding objective wit in any situation. When we laugh at the witty remarks of others, we "kill two birds with one stone: it helps them feel nice, and produce our own power.
Many funny people there because of social problems, ie deprived "of the soil underfoot." Laughter helps them to shine and produce anxiety. In fact, some children do not fit into the social school environment, or experience difficulties in relationships with parents, take center stage in his class. They become a sort of class clown, trying to assert their individuality, as well as to reject mainstream values.
Many of these young actors look inside on the ideas and disciplines taught in school and are able to discover the absurd details that many of us do not see. They raised the habit of finding the original vision, which actually turned to them in a natural response to real events. They bring energy, curiosity and spontaneity to all their relationships.
Laughter has the remarkable physiological benefits. Doctors call humor internal mechanical work, because it has advantages such as physical training.
Among the benefits include:
Laughter can increase the efficiency of solving various problems, because it helps the brain to reduce stress and perform their work without strain.Laughter also provides invaluable help for those of us who suffer from pain release of endorphins.
In addition, laughter improves respiratory function, increases the number of immune cells, lowers blood pressure and reduces the likelihood of a second heart attack.
So, how to laugh, if you focus on themselves? And what if in your life there is only pain and sorrow, and can not see even the slightest loophole for a little humor?
Even during the despair, there is room for humor and this is my personal example. When my elderly aunt died at home at the age of 98, my cousin called me to help prepare meals, it goes without saying that no matter what age the deceased family member, there is a deep sense of loss because she someone's mother, and whosesomething Aunt. In short, my cousin was stunned by the tragedy. When I contacted the funeral director asked all necessary questions, including age my aunt. When I told her that my Aunt Molly was 98 years old, she automatically said, "Wow, God Bless," to which I could not answer her, "But she's dead." Then my cousin pulled out loud laughter, as well as at the funeral. We needed a little humor to ease the palpable sadness.
Here are some tips to help play the imagination:
Do not feel guilty. Give yourself permission to be funny and silly. Practice, laughing when no one is around, how do you feel with this situation?
Browse funny videos. Watch them for as long as you're funny, even if it would take a whole day!If you hear a funny joke that you like, repeat it three times aloud to yourself. Now you can memorize it and share with others.
If there is something unpleasant, or you've done any serious error, make fun of yourself and learn not to treat yourself so seriously.
